BIG NEWS! YOGA is coming to Polished Spa! That same high-quality service you get every time you visit Polished Spa is now brought to you through yoga! Come celebrate On and Off Balance YOGA's opening day with FREE yoga classes on Saturday, October 3rd (rain date: October 4th) at 8:00am and 9:30am. Classes will be located outside on the grass behind Polished Spa, so bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else you'd like to help you enjoy some outdoor yoga. Our regular schedule begins October 6th with drop-in classes, 4-week beginner and relaxation series, and online livestream classes. Sign up for classes online (details coming soon!) or sign up on the day of the event. Spaces are extremely limited, so be on the lookout for sign up information coming soon!
