While working in a salon and spa during high school, Kassie knew that she wanted to become a Cosmetologist and Esthetician. She graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2005 and The Empire Esthetics Institute in 2007. In 2012, after working at several salons and spas, she knew she wanted to fulfill her lifelong dream of opening a business. This opportunity has led her to her dream profession as an owner and professional esthetician. Polished Spa has far exceeded her expectations and is proud to call Tiffany Talon her business partner. Her passions for mentorship and working hand in hand with other industry professionals offers pure enjoyment and fulfillment in her life. In order to provide the most up to date services and technique, she has trained in Various Professional product lines including, but not limited to, PCA Skin, Glymed Plus Skin Care, Glo Professional Makeup and continues to seek additional training regularly. She offers many spa services including waxing, sunless tanning and nail treatments. Her specialties include custom corrective skin treatments and chemical peels. Kassie is always proud to be able to offer her clients the best and prides herself on her hospitality skills that keep her client's coming back for more. When she's not at the spa, you can find her traveling, hiking, appreciating good food, spending time with family and enjoying life as a native NH girl.

Tiffany Talon

After having her children, Tiffany decided to go follow her passion for makeup and go to esthetic school, only to discover her love of skin care. She graduated from the Institute of Skin Science in 2008 and continued her training with PCA, Jane Iredale, Glymed Plus and Glo Mineral Makeup. Tiffany is proud to offer a variety of spa services but is known for her signature facials, custom brow shaping and waxing. She continues to sharpen her techniques by seeking out professional development and learning new protocols. After joining forces with Kassie back in 2012, having a decade of huge success at Polished, she and Kassie became Partners of Polished Spa LLC. Her passion for her trade, incredible business skills, the ability to take on new challenges and her tenacity as a professional has led her here today. She takes pride in providing each of her clients a unique experience and tailoring each one specifically for their own individual needs. Her professionalism and positive attitude is what keeps her loyal clientele coming back on a regular basis.

Hannah Byrne

Hannah has had a lifelong love of learning, particularly in the sciences and their application to health and wellness. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2004 with a B.A. in Biological Sciences and went on to teach Biology as well as Human Anatomy & Physiology at the High School level. Hannah is an athlete as well, with a first-hand understanding of the physiology of movement and the importance of body awareness and care. She is a true believer in the words of Jack Meagher, legendary pioneer in the field of massage therapy: “An athlete should not have to wait to be injured to be treated”. Inspired to combine her foundation of knowledge and her desire to actively help others, Hannah decided to pursue massage therapy at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health. There, she delved into over 750 hours of study and practice in the fields of Swedish massage, Neuromuscular techniques, Sports massage, Seated massage, Acupressure, Eastern modalities, Hydrotherapy, Reflexology, Pathology, A&P, Ethics, and Grigorian Method®. Hannah is a proponent of body work that is effective and attentive to each client’s individual needs and goals. Her therapeutic approach to massage facilitates productive relaxation that is right for you.

Abbey fell in love with Esthetics after realizing she could combine her passion for beauty with her love of helping people! Prior to beginning her Esthetics career, Abbey was a Special Education teacher. While she loved working with children and helping people through their education, she realized it was not her true passion. She decided to take a leap of faith and enroll at the Institute of Skin Science in the fall of 2022, and immediately knew she had made the right decision! Abbey loves making her clients feel pampered, relaxed, and confident. In her spare time, Abbey loves spending time with her husband Matt, and their dog Bubba. She loves to read, and is always striving to increase her skills and knowledge of the trade! She is thrilled to be a part of the Polished family!
