• Manicures and Pedicures: Due to varying polish application techniques done elsewhere, we only remove what we have done at Polished. 
• Please no cell phone use in the Spa​
• Although we love children, please do not bring children under 10 while receiving a service. Services are not provided to children under 10. 
• Massage is unavailable to guests under the age of 18. Minors must have parental consent for all other spa services.
• Product sales are final
• We do accept personal checks, however a $50 fee will be imposed if it is returned from the bank
• "Loyalty Points" are assigned to services, products or specials at the discretion of Polished Spa LLC. Points do not expire. Polished reserves the right to change the point value or assigned discount/special at any time. 
• Gift Certificate Redemption: Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service via photo, print out or email or we cannot honor the gift certificate. 
• Gift Certificate Purchases: Gift Certificates are considered to be of cash value. We do not guarantee service values will remain the same as the time of gift certificate purchases. 
• Polished Spa reserves the right to change service prices at any time.
• As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.  
• If you will arrive past the start time of your appointment please contact the spa. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if necessary.
  
• Arriving later than half of your appointment time will be treated as a no show.
  
• No shows will be charged 50% of the missed appointment fee.
• Inclement weather: Inclement weather closures will be on a case by case basis. 
• We reserve the right to ask any client to leave the premises if engaging in lewd behaviors. This includes, but is not limited to inappropriate touch, actions or words.
•  We do not offer services with products brought in by guests/ not supplied by the spa.
• Polished Spa does not allow any animals in the spa except for service animals.
