Spa Policies
- Please no cell phone use in the Spa
- Although we love children, please do not leave children unattended while receiving a service
- Massage is unavailable to guests under the age of 18. Minors must have parental consent for all other spa services.
- If you arrive for your scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes late for longer appointments ( such as massages, nail services, skin services, lash enhancements) or are later than half of your service time for shorter appointments (such as brow shaping, tinting, sunless tanning, face waxing), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment
- Product sales are final
- We do accept personal checks, however a $50 fee will be imposed if it is returned from the bank
- "Service Special" Coupons are non-transferable (unless specified otherwise), can only be used one at a time and cannot be combined with any other special
- "Loyalty Points" are assigned to services, products or specials at the discretion of Polished Spa LLC. Points do not expire. Polished reserves the right to change the point value or assigned discount/special at any time.
- Gift Certificates: Gift certificates purchased online must be presented at the time of service via photo, print out or email or we cannot honor the gift certificate.
- As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
- Inclement weather: Inclement weather closures will be on a case by case basis.
- We reserve the right to ask any client to leave the premises if engaging in lewd behaviors. This includes, but is not limited to inappropriate touch, actions or words.
- Polished Spa does not allow any animals in the spa except for service animals.
